Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the CEO and with support from the Communications Coordinator, Data Analyst, and Deputy Director, the Associate Director of Development & Community Engagement, will work primarily in four related areas: Donor Relations and Cultivation, Marketing and Community Engagement, Development Events, and Proposal Writing. The Associate Director of Development & Community Engagement is an integral part of the YA leadership team and will perform essential functions to sustain and expand YA’s vision, mission, and brand.
